How to make a WiFi sign
- Enter your network name and password, and choose the security type.
- Add your colours and logo if you like, then open Print templates.
- Choose a sign or table tent, A4 or US Letter, and print it or save it as a PDF.
Tips for a code that scans every time
- Tick “Show the network name and password” so guests with older phones can type them in.
- Put the sign where people wait or sit: on a counter, on tables or in the guest room.
- Anyone who sees the sign can join your network. Use a separate guest network if your router offers one.
- If you change the password, print a new sign, because the old code still holds the old password.

Which sizes can I print?
A4 or US Letter, with 1 large sign, 2 or 4 per page, or a table tent you fold in half. You can also save the page as a PDF.
Is my WiFi password sent to you?
No. The code and the sign are made in your browser, and your password is not sent to our servers.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Recent iPhones and Android phones can join from the built-in camera. On some older Android phones, Google Lens or a scanner app may be needed.
