How it works
- Choose the type of QR code – links, WiFi, contact cards, WhatsApp and more.
- Paste one item per line, or load a CSV file with a header row. Add a “filename” column to name each file.
- Pick a design, then download the ZIP. Test a few codes with your phone before printing.
Tips
- Download the CSV template to see the exact column names for the type you chose.
- From Excel or Google Sheets, save or download the sheet as CSV. Commas, semicolons and tabs all work.
- Rows with problems are listed and skipped, so one typo doesn’t stop the whole batch.
- The ZIP includes index.csv, which lists each file and what is inside its code.
- Making more than 500? Split the list into several files.
Questions and answers
Is my CSV file uploaded?
No. The file is read by your browser and the QR codes are made on your device. Nothing is sent to our servers.
Which QR code types can I make in bulk?
All of them: links, text, WiFi, WhatsApp, email, phone, SMS, contact cards, locations, events, Google reviews, file links and social media profiles.
How do I name the files?
Add a column called “filename”. Without it, files are numbered and named after their content, for example 001-example.com-product-1.png.
Do bulk QR codes expire?
No. Like every code made here, they are static: the data is inside each code, so they keep working forever.
